Hi I'm Bruce

I am an Northern Arizona Native, married to a beautiful Southern Arizona Native, together with our family we live in Mesa

About Me

I love coaching youth sports, currently as a volunteer, coaching both an under 14 girls and an under 19 boys soccer teams, I have also coached high school football and wrestling, where I learned a lot about how to be a better father. I enjoy the outdoors including hunting and fishing when I can find the time. But most of all I enjoy being with my family and doing things with them. Whether it is on the soccer pitch, camping, doing family activities, or just sitting around and staring at each other, Being with my family is my greatest joy in in life. Together with my beautiful wife, we have 3 children, My oldest and her husband has blessed me with the coolest grandson in the world. My second is currently serving a mission in the Oregon, Portland Mission, and though I am counting the days that he comes home, I am extremely proud of him and the work he is doing. I am very proud to be a missionary dad. My youngest is a very good student and a great young lady. and I might add, not a bad soccer player I love my family and am glad to have the knowledge that if we all live worthy and do the things the Lord wants us to we can be together for all eternity. It is my family, both immediate, and extended, that gives me the inspiration to be the best person I can.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe that there is a need for a living prophet and that he continually guides and directs us today. I believe that Thomas S. Monson is that living Prophet. I believe that God would not allow his childrent to be without some sort of guidance especially in a time that there is so much going against the family unit and. I also believe that when Jesus spoke of other sheep he has which are not of this fold he was speaking of the people of the new land (America's) and that the Book of Mormon, is a history of those people and that it is another testimony of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I teach the adult sunday school class where I lead discussions on church doctrine. This year we are studying the New Testiment. I try very hard to live the type of life that every one that knows me says "he is a Mormon" I was taught at a very young age that the way we live is often the best testimony of our beliefs we will ever give to others. I am very happy to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saintrs and to call myself a Mormon, and I don't care who knows it.
