Hi I'm Jennece

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in Washington state with not a lot of mormons. It was great & I had the opportunity to share the gospel.

About Me

I am a mother of Eight children. I serve as the relief society chorister in my ward. I enjoy the simple things in life like being with my family and going out on dates with my husband. Our favorite thing is to go to the temple often for our dates. I enjoy reading the book of mormon and listening to the spirit as I do, to help teach me the things of god. I enjoy hugs from my children they are priceless! I enjoy kisses from my honey, for they are cherished. I enjoy meeting new people and feeling their energy and what brings them joy and happiness. Currently my job is a trainer, nurturer, coach, a teacher and a great listener. I enjoy getting to know each of my children, they are each individual and they take some time to get to know and I am grateful for the opportunity to do so. My dream is to one day sit in the temple with all of my children present.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church but not always active. My parents were active when I was a child and then when I turned twelve, through trials that they were having decided to not go anymore. I tried to go as often as I could and then soon decided that I needed a testimony of my own. I received my Patriarchal blessing and in it is said to bear my testimony often and so I did and through doing that, saying my prayers more often and gaining faith through reading my scriptures I gained a small testimony of my own. Through my example my parents became active again and my mom now serves as a temple worker. I have married in the temple and have continued working on my testimony through study and faith. I have had small and some bigger trials in my life but through those trails I have made it a challenge to ask myself "What is it that god wants me to learn and how do I gain the knowledge that I need to go on?" I am grateful for the gospel and how it has helped my life.

How I live my faith

I strive to live the higher law, it has not always been a popular road but just like the apostles say we should do is to take the road less traveled on. That's how I live my faith. My family knows that's what I strive for and good friends know that's how I live my faith also. I am grateful for striving to live the the gospel as best as possible, it truly does bring you the only happiness that you could ever find in this life. I strive to be the one that goes visiting teaching and find joy in doing so, serve with a willing heart, and be the one you can count on, and go to the temple as often as I can and enjoy the spirit that is there for us, it's like a gift from god.
