Hi I'm Liz

Hi, I'm Liz. I love art, yoga and Zumba, but most of all being a mother of 6, grandmother of 18. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm curious about this amazing world our Father has sent us to learn in and love the new discoveries each day brings. I have a small graphic design business and serve in community organizations.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Mormon family, and always knew in my heart that Jesus Christ was my Savior. But I still felt a great need as I grew up to find truth for myself which led me on a journey of discovering what I truly believed. Through study and prayer my testimony of the restored gospel deepened into personal knowledge.  When my marriage of 31 years ended abruptly and painfully, it caused me once again to revisit that process of questioning and deciding what I really believed. Throughout it all I always felt the unwavering love of my Father in Heaven and once again the Spirit confirmed to me that I am a daughter of God and that He was mindful of me. He sustained me through the hard times and has replaced the pain in my heart with peace. My knowledge and sureness of the truth of this work and His great Plan of Salvation was immeasurably strengthened and fills my life with joy. Words can't express how grateful I am to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying each day to do the things that will demonstrate to my Father how much I love Him and want to be with Him again someday. I love serving in the temple, teaching in the woman's organization, singing in the choir and serving my family, friends and neighbors. Most of all, I want the deep gratitude in my heart for the Savior's gift of the Atonement to be reflected in all that I do and say.
