Hi I'm Veanne

I've lived in the holy lands. I'm a caregiver, entrepreneur, enthusiastic wife, mother/grandmother...and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother and a new grandmother. I have loved being home with my family and now I am learning to work outside of the home. I enjoy sewing and making patterns. I am starting an exciting new international business with my two oldest daughters. I love playing games with my family. I am happily married to a man that truly makes my heart flutter!

Why I am a Mormon

I love what the LDS "mormon" faith teaches about family. I love that fathers and mothers have specific roles. I love that by honoring and obeying the commandments that families can be safe and help each other overcome trials and hardships. I love being part of a church that helps each member of our family from the youngest to the oldest, from the scholar to the disabled, feel loved and needed. We are all important in our Heavenly Father's eyes, and we each have a special mission to perform here on earth.

How I live my faith

I like sharing with others in my church and neighborhood. I enjoy looking for ways that I can help or lift someone around me. I am often taking fresh bread or cookies to the neighbors. It's a way to show others that I care and a way of showing my Heavenly Father that I will watch over His children.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Veanne
My husband and I were married in the Salt Lake Temple...nearly 30 years ago. I will never forget what a special and sacred day it was for us. We were diligent in keeping ourselves worthy and clean for our wedding day. We wanted to make sure that we were not EVER going to be separated. I will be forever grateful for the decision to be married for time and all eternity in one of Heavenly Father's holy temples...and so will our four precious children!   Show more Show less
