Hi I'm Kaitlyn

I'm from Pennsylvania. I like rides in Chevy Malibus. I do a crazy mad face . I'm a Mormon

About Me

I love to hang out with my friends. I went to a vo-tech school for Dental Assisting 3 years ago and want to go back to school for Business or English. I love to watch any kind of movie--I'm more of a Chick-flick, drama movie type person. I love to be around my family and spend time with them.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church. Growing up, I went off my parents testimony and never fully understood what a testimony was. In High School, I didn't care much about the church and I even started doubting it. It wasn't until my Grandpa died, that I started to slowly go back to church. My cousin actually helped me out in a big way. When I made a trip to Palmyra, NY where Joseph Smith translated the Book of Mormon, I was sitting in the log cabin where the angel Moroni apperared to Joseph. I got the answer I had been wanting for 6 years--that the church was true and that I shouldn't deny it.

How I live my faith

My faith means alot to me. I have faith that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love me and want whats best for me. Any trial that gets thrown my way, makes me stronger and I have faith that I'm going to learn from it and that Christ and Heavenly Father will be there in the end. I encourage you to exercise your faith everyday and that when times get hard, to get down on your knees and seek for that help.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Kaitlyn
If you are questioning whether the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true, I encourage you to pray to your Heavenly Father. In Moroni Chapter 10 verses 4-5 it says to ask with a sincere heart, with real intent and having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth unto you by the power of the Holy Ghost. Its important to know that the answer won't come right away but when Heavenly Father feels that its the right time for you to receive an answer. Remember that you are not forgotten and that he loves you. You are his child. Just continue to exercise your Faith--I promise that your answer will come. I had been praying for 6-7 years and never received an answer right away but I continued to exercise my faith in the church. NEVER GIVE UP. Continue to ask if the church is true and that the Book of Mormon is true..Never lose that faith! Show more Show less
