Hi I'm Sadie

I love good music, I am adopted, and I am a Latter-day Saint.

About Me

My name is Sadie. I was born in Texas but grew up in Utah after I was adopted by an LDS family when I was 8 years old. I am doing my best to enjoy life and accomplish everything I am meant to do.

Why I am a Mormon

Questions have been answered that have helped me better understand who I am and why my life has turned out the way it has. I am the happiest when I live the teachings of our Savior, and I have come to know for myself that His gospel has been fully restored to Earth by a prophet of God.

How I live my faith

I see others differently. When I notice people throughout the day, even if we never speak, I know in my heart that we are all brothers and sisters. We are all sons and daughters of a loving Heavenly Father and He knows us individually. Relationships can go beyond this life and that helps me be more loving and patient with others, especially those who are close to me.

Are there restrictions based on race or color concerning who can join The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and have the priesthood?

Sadie
No. The blessings of the gospel are available to everyone because we are all God's children. Men and women have different responsibilities. Every worthy male can hold the priesthood and as women we can partake of those blessings alongside the men.  Show more Show less
