Hi I'm Daniel

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints since I was 8 years old. My family members are all members of the church except for some of my extended family on my father's side. I am currently attending college studying electrical engineering and I love it. I have always been interested in science and engineering and I think it is wonderful the inventions and discoveries that are being made. I am at awe with the things that God has created and understands. I also love the outdoors. I love going hiking and camping and also playing outdoor sports when the weather is nice.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and so have been a member all of my life since I was baptized at age 8. When I was young I went to church because of my family and I felt it was the right thing to do. I had uncomfortable feelings when I missed church. As I grew older and was preparing to serve a mission for the church, I found the need to know for a surety that these things were true. Through diligent scripture study and prayer I drew closer to the Lord. I found that God does exist and answers humble prayers, He has mine. Through His holy spirit, He has told me that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is His true church restored through His servant the prophet Joseph Smith. Through similar revelation He has told me that the Book of Mormon is true. These revelations have come to me not in any extraordinary way, but by peaceful feelings of confirmation that I cannot deny. I know these things are true and I cannot deny them.

How I live my faith

I faithfully attend church meetings every Sunday, where I am edified and rejuvenated for a new week. I also serve as a clerk in the ward congregation that I attend, taking care of financial matters. In addition to this I meet regularly with a few members each month to whom I have been assigned to look after their spiritual well being.
