Hi I'm Michael

I am who I am because...I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm married with 2 children. I married my wife in Samoa and sealed to her in the Tonga Temple. I served a 2 year full time mission in Oregon Eugene speaking spanish. I graduated college with a BA degree in International Cultural Studies and Communications. I love to learn about other cultures and people from different countries. My favorite places to go are the Pacific Islands of Samoa and Hawaii. I love the ocean and the island lifestyle. I work at my local Community Hospital in the Admitting Dept. I like being active in sports including volleyball, swimming, hiking and biking. I like to serve and help people. I grew up going to the Mormon Church also called The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I come from a family of two sisters and one brother.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because this Church has taught me how to find true happiness. It is in living Gods commandments and knowing the truth of our purpose in life. I was born and raised in this Church but it has only been through my own personal study and prayer that the Holy Ghost has touched my heart to help me know that God lives, Jesus Christ is our Savior and that the principles I have been taught in this church are true.

How I live my faith

I go to Church every Sunday to strengthen my faith in Chirst and help serve in strengthening others. I served as a full time missionary for two years in Oregon when I was 19 years old. I try to live a life of service and helping others in need.
