Hi I'm Amanda.

I come from the Southeastern United States. I'm a scientist and a teacher. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi! I was born in the southern region of the United States, grew up in a small beach town, and went to college out in the western U.S. I studied Biology in order to teach middle- and high-schoolers. Funny enough, I now teach Spanish (at a middle school) and love it! One of my favorite things to do is read young adult fiction. I also love to decorate/design when I have the time.

Why I am a Mormon

I continue to follow Christ as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because I have tried out the doctrines taught there and I am happier the more I apply them. I feel God's love for me when I follow His plan and His plan is all taught there.

How I live my faith

In my church I have the chance to teach the women's class once a month. I've had this opportunity before and I really enjoy it because it helps me get to know everyone on a more personal level. God leads me to say and do things in my lessons that address the needs of those in the class.
