Hi I'm Carrie

I'm a Mormon wife to 1, mother of 4, daughter to 2 and grand daughter to 4. I am a college graduate and master's student.

About Me

I am Wife, Mother of 4, Daughter, Sister, Friend and a College Graduate. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, singing, being outdoors, jeeping, camping and many other things. I grew up in the Sonoran Desert and loved it but since being introduced to small-town life in college I decided I loved it even more - except in February and March because it has been cold and snowy far too long.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Mormon faith and have remained a member because I have felt the truth of the gospel. Because of our Savior, Jesus Christ and his atonement, I know I can repent and I know I can return to my Father in Heaven and enjoy the blessing of having my husband and family be mine forever.

How I live my faith

I serve as a visiting teacher and counselor in the women's service organization (called relief society). I also enjoy singing with our congregation's choir.

Are Mormons Christians?

Carrie
Yes, Mormon's are Christians. We believe that God, the Father, gave his Son, Jesus Christ to be born on earth, to teach us His gospel, to atone for our sins, to die for us, and then was resurrected. This is all vital to His plan that we may be able to return to them as families. If we are faithful to His commandments, repent, and apply the atonement is our lives we can be redeemed. I am blessed to feel the truth of this and Their love for me and my family. Show more Show less
