Hi I'm Jud

I'm a cowboy from Idaho. I Love to rodeo, I'm a Missionary, I Love to Fiddle Around and have fun and Yes I'm a MORMON.

About Me

Hi, I am Jud I am nineteen years old and I am currently serving a mission in the Nebraska Omaha Mission. I have always participated in scouting or FFA activities, Hunting , fishing, or hanging out with friends and family. I have been playing the fiddle my whole life, my mom got us started playing, when I was around three years old. When I was around 16 yrs old my older brother and I got a job playing in a family show dinner ranch in Jackson Hole WY (Bar-T 5). Later we also got a job in Ririe Idaho to play for a different dinner show ranch in the winter (Mountain River Ranch). I love playing the fiddle and being in a band. I also train rope horses. I did high school rodeo and hope someday to end up teaching me kids to rodeo as well. I have been training horses sense I was seven. I started training ponies first and then moved to bigger horses as I got bigger and older. I love going hunting and fishing, it is a great way to be with family. My family is a huge part of my life. My brothers and sister, have always been there for me and helped me get through the hard times. We also all love to rope and ride together even though we don't always get along. I know they would do anything for me. My brother has always helped me be successful in rodeo. I was able to go to nationals my Jr Year in high school in the team roping and it was all because of the help from my family. Life Is GREAT!!!!

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon is great! I have been around and I understand allot of doctrines that other churches teach but Through reading the book of Mormon and praying about it I cannot deny it! I believe that it is true and it has blessed my life so so much. As I have been on my mission Ive come to realize how much Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ really do love us and that they want us to succeed. He loves all of his children and it shows everywhere in the Book of Mormon and Bible. one of my favorite stories is in 3 Nephi 11 (page 427 in the Book of Mormon) were Christ comes to the Americas and shows his love to the people who are there. As a missionary and as Representative of Jesus Christ, I carry a portion of that responsibility to share the Gospel of Christs love! I know that Miracles are happening daily and that Christs Gospel is restored to the earth and that everyone is invited to feel of his love and of his goodness because we are all children of our loving Heavenly father. I love my savior and I am so thankful for his grace that I can be changed by it and that Ive been given so many opportunities through Christs Atonement that I can feel clean and happy! I know that you can also feel this happiness if you will search because if you will "read and pray and ask Heavenly Father if this is true, through the power of the Holy Ghost you may know the truth of all things" (Moroni 10:3-5)

How I live my faith

I am a missionary right now in Nebraska. I have been contacting, Knocking on doors and meeting with people and talking to everyone in sight! I am inviting others to come unto Christ. It is very sad at times to think of what I left behind so much such as my truck, family , and an amazing Girl friend, I feel like I have given up allot to be on this mission. However when I see people who are blessed because they have excepted the gospel that we are teaching, they change, they are so much happier to know that they can also be with there loved ones just like i know i can be with mine, it makes all those thoughts about home and things go away. I know I am were i am today and that I am only serving a small portion of my life to the lord and that i will receive blessings and so will those that i come in contact with. I have really been able to see Heavenly fathers Love for each and every one of us.
