Hi I'm Brian

I'm a Mormon missionary

About Me

I attended a year of college before serving a mission in Oklahoma. My education is very important to me and I am constantly trying to learn. Putting my fromal education on hold for two years has been hard. But my mission has been the greatest learning experience of my life. When I was eight my mom forced me to take piano lessons. At first I hated it but I have grown to love it. I love playing the music of the great composers. I love writing my own music and sharing it with others. I few years ago I discovered the wonders of poetry. I realized how much like music it is. I love reading and writing poetry. I love touching people's lives through poetry and music. I love being in nature and experiencing the music and poetry it contains. I also enjoy doing a lot of random stuff like unicyling and ultimate frizbe.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised a Mormon but received a witness that what I believed was true when I was 19. On my mission I have seen the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ change lives, including my own.

How I live my faith

Serving a mission has been difficult but my faith has helped me through it. I have been guided countless times to the people that God wants me to serve. These experiences have greatly increased my faith. I do my best to follow the perfect example of our Savior by studying the Book of Mormon and the Bible, and serving others..

Why do some call Mormonism a cult?

Brian
Some people have the idea that we are not Christian and that we worship a "different Jesus". But we do worship Christ, and we agree with other Christians that Jesus Christ is the creator of the universe, the Son of God, and our Savior. Everything we do is centered around Him. We strive to be like him. We pray in His name. We invite everyone to come and find out why Christ means so much to us.  Show more Show less
