Hi I'm Chris

I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. I moved to Wisconsin in2001. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the proud parent of three children 7, 5 and 1 years old. I served a mission in the Michigan, Detroit mission, but since I spent 6 months in Hell, Michigan, I ussually tell people that I went to hell on my mission. I met my wife shortly before completing my first degree in marketing. We were married and eventually moved to Wisconsin for better work and to help out with family. While living in Glendale, WI, we found out we were going to have our first child. At the same time I decided that business was not a career well suited for me and I began pursuing Pharmacy as a career. We soon moved to Naperville, IL where I completed my pharmacy degree and I am now living back in Wisconsin working for the local Walgreens. I have been a member for my entire life, and have been blessed with a strong testimony of the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church in a wonderful family. I have 2 sisters and 9 brothers. My mom taught me the gospel and how to be a good person from a very early age. At some point during my teenage years I had to struggle to find a testimony of my own. Eventually I put in the work and effort necessary to get the answers I needed. I then decided to go on a mission and strengthened my testimony. To be short, I am a Mormon because I love the gospel of Jesus Christ and know that that all of the doctrines and authority are found here.

How I live my faith

The most important aspect of living my faith is how I live it in my home. My parents gave me an environment where I could learn to live the gospel at home, and it is important to me that I teach my children to live the gospel at home. I try to follow basic rules of the church that most people have heard. I don't swear, drink coffee, smoke or use drugs. I am honest with my fellow man and try to help others when I am aware of a need. I try to teach my children basic principles of how to be good to each other. I try my best to fulfill my callings, but my families needs always come first.
