Hi I'm Joseph Flock

I'm a Mormon. I joined The Church of Jesus Christ 4 years ago. The truthes that are found here have refined and purified my life.

About Me

I have grown up in Georgia from my youth. I did not grow up in the church. i joined the church nov. 2006. i love water sports. i want to travel. i love water sports.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined The Church because the message shared simply came to me with no bad feelings. I knew deep in my heart that marriage is meant to last forever, not "till death do us part" or "as long as you both shall." I knew it was harder to believe that God did not speak to other nations. I welcome all the words of God from beginning to the end and it is not finished. so I except what anceint prophets have said, what they are saying today, and what prophets will say in the future. The God I speak to is my Heavenly Father and I know I am his child and that you are too. In this Church I am able to take full advantage of the sacrifice made by Christ. We truly can inherit all the Father has, His Son promises in Rev. 3:21 that "IF" we overcome, we will sit in the same throne He and His Father sit in.

How I live my faith

I actually told myself when I was 18 years old that I would not be active in any church until I was 67. I have not always made the best choices, I used to smoke, I used to drink, but things changed for me in 2006. I had some experiences with friends that lead me to question, where do real friends come from? Where are the people I can trust? This led me to quit smoking, and I received 2 thoughts one was that I should go to church, so I started going with my mom to her church. The other was a little more specific, God told me to find this friend that I had not spoken to for 5 years. When I got in contact with her, guess what church she was from, the Mormon one. She was the only person I knew out of 12 years of school that knew how to how to live life without being stupid. The teaching that I was taught allowed me to see the true treasures of life, which are relationship and knowledge- spiritual & temporal. A year later I served a mission for the church, and while I was on my mission my mom quit smoking after 30 years of smoking, and got baptized near Christmas time.

Are Mormons Christians?

Joseph Flock
YES TO KEEP IT SHORT. LOOK NO FURTHER THAT THE NAME OF THE CHURCH. IT IS THE ONLY ONE SENSE THE DAYS OF CHRIST'S EARTHLY MINISTRY TO HAVE THE FULL NAME OF WHOM IT BELONGS TO "JESUS CHRIST." "THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS" "LATTER-DAY SAINTS" JUST MEANS "MEMBERS IN THE DAYS BEFORE CHRIST COMES" I MEAN THIS IN THE MOST LOVING WAY BECAUSE WHETHER I KNOW YOU OR NOT YOU ARE MY FAMILY.....BE AS SHALLOW AS YOU CAN BE ABOUT THIS QUESTION. DRIVE BY ONE OF OUR CHURCH BUILDINGS, THE COVER OF ONE OF OUR BOOKS, OUR WEB SITES, OR THE NAME TAG OF ANY OF OUR MISSIONARIES. YOU WILL SEE THE NAME OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR "JESUS CHRIST." INVESTIGATE DEEP OR SHALLOW, YOU WILL FIND EVERYTHING IN THIS CHURCH TESTIFIES OF OUR MASTER JESUS CHRIST. LOVE YOUR SERVANT AND FRIEND, JOSEPH FLOCK Show more Show less
