Hi I'm Kyler Cipriano

I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am the third of seven children. I moved around a lot as a kid, but spent most of the time in Utah. I also lived in Oregon a couple of times.. I love to play all sports. I have been running since my junior year of high school, which is my favorite form of exercise, but I have played many other sports other than that (baseball, basketball, track, cross country, wrestling, gymnastics). My family members are my best friends. I love playing with my younger simblings and younger cousins. I am a college graduate, but my degree is just general so for now I can't do much with it. I want to go into the medical field and am currently leaning towards sports medicine, but I am not positive at this point... only time will tell.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was growing up I figured it was all true, but for a while I forgot about the importance of it and didn't search for the knowledge. As I grew older the church found its way back into my life. The feeling of thinking it was the truth developed into a knowlege. I never had one incedent that stood out above another, but my testimony has continued to grow to what it is today. I have had many influences in my life that have lead me toward the church and I have felt the light of christ guiding me to grow in the gospel. The reason why I am mormon is because I know that the Book of Mormon and every principle that the LDS faith teaches is truth. I know this, because I have lived it and I have come closer to God by doing so. I also know because I have prayed and asked and the Holy Ghost has told me it is true.

How I live my faith

Each week I attend my church meetings, I have attended seminary and institue of religion classes since my freshman year of high school. I personally believe in being an example, I try to do everything as if Jesus Christ were watching. A big part of my day would have to be prayer. I pray several times a day sometimes it's just to say thanks or ask for some help. As I have grown in the christian faith I have come to recognize how much my Heavenly Father actually listens to me, I have experiences daily where my prayers are answered. I have not lived the perfect life and Jesus Christ and His atonement have played a huge role in giving me hope, joy, and keeping me on the right path. I like to take every opportunity to learn and deepen my understanding of doctrine. I try to always be grateful and pick myself up whenever I fall from the strait and narrow. I like to live with the attitude that everything happens for a reason and we may not ever know what that reason is, but God does have his hand in my life. Hopefully I do a good job of sharing my testimony of Jesus Christ with others, everyday I learn of how I can improve.
