Hi I'm Rachel

I'm am just me! I am blessed to be a stay at home mom. My husband and I ahve 4 kids and 2 cats, and tons of dust bunnies!!!

About Me

I am a thirty-something stay at home mother of 4 and am married to my best friend. I love to cook and bake. I love learning more about cooking and baking. I am addicted to the Food Network!! I currently teach the Provident Living class in my ward. It has been fun learning new things and then sharing it with the Sisters. I love to read and am also semi addicted to reality shows. My house is never fully clean and I think texting is cool! I love my family and am truly blessed to have married into such an awesome group of people.

Why I am a Mormon

because I have always had the gospel in my life and have never doubted it's truth. I know that Heavenly Father loves me and sent His Son to die for my sins. This gospel gives you a road map home. No it is not easy, yes I still have many trials and tribulations, but I know that I can repent and return to my Heavenly Father. I have been given a wonderful blessing by having the knowledge that I do. I love learning more and more about that gospel and enriching my life as well as that life of my children. I am grateful for my Heavenly Father's love. I am grateful that I can work each day to be a better daughter.

How I live my faith

I strive to live to gospel principles every day. Our family read scriptures together every morning and has family prayer also. We attend all of our church meeting regularly and the temple when we get the opportunity. I work to improve my self. Sometimes I get wrapped up in being "a mom" that I forget that I need to be edified too. I work together with my husband and we strengthen each other. I lean on my sisters of the gospel to help me in my time of need. The Relief Society if such a large part of my life. With out ready made sisters to talk to I think I would struggle a lo t more.
