Hi I'm Mitch

I love to read, sing ALL the time, dance, laugh a ton, cook, and SMILE!!! I'm a spaz and proud of it, and I'm a Mormon!!

About Me

There is a lot to say about me! haha!!! I love to talk and I talk to anyone and everyone about anythng and everything! I wasn't always the biggest social person, but being able to be out on a mission for the Church has really put me into situations where I can't not talk to people because it's something that I have to do and I love being put into this situation. I wasn't the one to always have lots of guy friends or in other words I hung out with all the girls in school with a few guys friends here and there! I am a little bit more femaine than the average male which made me good with the ladies!!! haha! :D I come from a big family of 7 kids. I am the 6th and it is the best thing ever! I have 4 older brothers (all of whom have gone on missions-Peru, Italy, Dominican Republic, and New Jersey). I have an older sister and a younger sister and I love them all so very much! They all are shining examples to me! I love to hang out with my friends and play video games up until the wee hours of the night(hello... typical guys "party" night!) My favourite game is X-Men Legends. I love Marvel and to read comic books when I can! They are so awesome! I have amazingly awesome friends who love me and support me and will always be there for me when I need them! I am a huge "novel" writer, whenever I write anything. I love to write and read! Favourite series of all time, Harry Potter! I love other fantasy books as well! I think one of the best things about me is that I am bubbly! :D

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I choose to be! I grew up in the church, but never really had a testimony of the Church or really anything! I always knew the Book of Mormon was true and that Joseph Smith was a Prophet of God, but that didn't stop me from just going through the motions. I just went to church because I knew it was the right thing to do and that I needed to and that if I didn't then my mom and dad would be really upset. I was influenced so much by friends (for good and for bad). Since friends were such a huge part of my life- as most are, they influenced what I did and how I acted. I am very able to be manipulated and I am very indecisive. I became addicted to some things and it wasn't for my benefit. I became clean and had stopped, and I was worthy to go to the beautiful temple. After that, my addiction got to me and I became engrossed in the addiction again. I was called to the Nebraska Omaha Mission where I was distracted and I was continually was trying to be better and learn everything I could. But I fell again. I went to my Mission President and I was able to sort things out and I was able to stay on my mission after a lot of stress. I turned to the Savior for help too and was comforted and reassured that everything was going to be okay! I am a Mormon because I know that without the right Authority on the Earth, churches may become distant from the true teachings and organization from Christ's primitive church he established. I know for a fact, with out a doubt in my mind that the Atonement of Jesus Christ makes anything and everything possible and that through Him I am able to live with my family forever!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by not being afraid to be me and never backing down. I try my hardest and do my best to bring souls to Chirst and help them gain faith and a testimony in the Saviour, Jesus Chirst. I try to be a good example and magnify my calling to be a good person. It's hard sometimes, but I know that because Jesus Chirst died for me and suffered for me I am able to try harder and when I fall I can get back on my feet and help others get back on theirs. I live my faith by sharing what I know and the experiences I have had with others as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. It's awesome and I love every second of it! I am in the Nebraska Omaha Mission and I am serving in a little town called Shenandoah and it is one of the best places EVER!!! :D
