Hi I'm Graham

I love theater, I love food, and I love this church. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love theater and arts, working with wood, and one of my favorite places to be is the beach. I'm also a devoted Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because happiness comes through knowing the truth. I know that God lives and loves all of us and I am a mormon because He continues to answer my prayers, to tell me what the truth is and help me know how to be happy.

How I live my faith

Each day I try to share the teachings of Jesus Christ with those around me. Just looking around at nature evidences so strongly to me that there is a loving God who has a plan for each of us. Sharing with others the gospel and my feelings about it makes me happy and really helps many of the people I meet since it is, more than anything, a message of hope. My favorite thing about the Gospel of Jesus Christ is that you don't have to take my word for it that it's the truth. You can ask your Heavenly Father yourself through prayer and get the same answer that over 14 million of us have already recieved. That this really is the only church on the earth that God Himself directs.

What do Mormons believe about "eternal life?"

Graham
Many people today believe that we are saved by Grace and that there is nothing we can do to "qualify" for "eternal life". This is true in that we are all saved from death because of the resurection that Jesus Christ made possible. and there is nothing we can do to change that. However, to live with our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ for eternity we have to do the things that they have commanded us. Some of those commandments are to have faith in Jesus Christ, to repent of our sins, to be baptized by someone who has the authority from God to baptize, and to recieve the gift of the Holy Ghost under the hands of someone who has the authority for that.
