Hi I'm Kim

I'm a Mormon. I'm a Mom. I'm a Wife. I'm a Daughter of my Heavenly Father......

About Me

First of all, I am a just an ordinary person. Most people would probably say there is nothing especially special about me. However, here a a few things that are special to me.... *I have been married for 25 Years... (yes, to the same Man). *I am a Mom to 3 wonderful kids. *I am the youngest of 5 children. My parents had a "full house". (3 boys and 2 girls) get it? *I work outside of the home, always have and most likely always will. (Why? Because we are living the american dream, like most everyone else.) *I Love both of my jobs. (The MOM one and the one I get $ for) *I Love People! I love to "people watch". I love to talk to people. I love hang out with people. *I collect fabric, and sometimes I even use it to make quilts and stuff. *I drink a lot of Ruby Red Squirt. (yes it has caffeine in it) *I like to take naps.....especially on Sunday. (After church of course)

Why I am a Mormon

I guess you could say that I have been a "Mormon", all my life. I was lucky enough to be raised in the church. I don't remember very many Sundays that we didn't go to church. I feel lucky to be part of an amazing group of people, all over the world, that share the same beliefs and values as I do. I remember a time that I felt like my parents made me go to church. So I stayed home a few times. As bad as I hate to admit this, I didn't know what to do with myself. I missed church. It was crazy....... The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is led by a Prophet, who is inspired to guide us, teach us, encourage us, and LOVE US. All of my values, integrity, trust, strength, inspiration and guidance, stems from "The Mormons." I love how this church encourages the unity of Families. Not only do I have my immediate family, but I have a church family where ever I may go. Being a Mormon is the Center of my Life.

How I live my faith

* I go to church most every Sunday. * I go to other church activities during the week * I work with the Young Women. I have gone to "Girls Camp" as a leader for the last 12 years. * I support my Missionary who is serving in Maryland. * I believe in paying tithing. * I try to read my scriptures (I need to work a little harder on this one.) * I have a Testimony!!!!
