Hi I'm Asdrubal "Dru"

I'm a sports Chiropractor, Medical Director for Junior Olympics of USA Track & Field, a husband and a father.I'm a mormon

About Me

I am a first generation member of the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints. Moved from Mexico at age 11 with my family, to live the American dream. Through hard work and motivation that dream has payed off, as I graduated from Chiropractic school in 2010. Most importantly migrating to the USA, we found the gospel in our lives; which I firmly believe was the reason we moved here. I Served a mission in Orlando Florida for 2 years. I have a wonderful wife and 4 amazing children that make me the happiest and angriest man in the world. On my free time I enjoy spending time with family, watching all sports, but specially soccer, working out, staying active and doing triathlons.

Why I am a Mormon

My family and I joined the church because 2 great missionaries came and nocked at our door. They taught us the gospel and we chose to be baptized. I was 11 at the time, but as i grew up and made a decision to serve a mission, that really gave me a firm foundation, testimony and faith of this gospel. I'm a Mormon because i found out for my self, thorugh study and prayer to know that the church of jesus christ of latter day saints is true. Being a mormon has been the best thing in my life, it has brought me much joy and happiness to know where i came from, who I am and where I am going.

How I live my faith

I strive to live the gospel to the best that I can. It is a very difficult thing, so what I try to focus on with myself and family is to follow the basic principles of the church. Reading scriptures, having family and personal prayers, family home evenings, attending church on Sundays and striving to follow the commandments to the best that I can. I try to keep busy with my church callings , going to the temple and doing my home teaching. I try to be honest, humble and a good example to those around me, something my parents and church have taught me.
