Hi I'm Jordan

I'm an aspiring author, an indie board game designer, a geek, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm someone who loves to read and write, and am currently working on a book of my own. Next to writing, board games are my other passion. Nothing sounds like a better day for me then to spend it playing board games with a good group of my friends. Along with loving to play them I'm relatively active in the indie board game designing community and hard at work on a few game concepts at the moment. I'm currently working and going to college as I try and find what I want to do with my life, like many others I have no clue what I want to go in to. I have two goats that mean the world to me. They're my buddies when I need to brainstorm ideas for my book or board games I'm working on, even if they eat my notes.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because I've found that I'm always happiest when I'm serving my savior. Serving others as He would have me do is when I can feel the happiest. I love the feeling of having others around you who share your beliefs and can support you in following Christ in this ever changing world. I'm a Mormon, because having the gospel to ground my life keeps me steady and moving on the right path.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing the small things in life that sum up my character. I live it by trying to be an example of Christ in everyday living, knowing that it isn't grand tasks, but simple things such as being honest or nice to others that he expects from me. But I also live my faith through worship. I attend church weekly to better connect with my savior and get in touch with his plan for me.
