Hi I'm Mindi

I live in PA., and have been a Mormon for 17 years. I am currently working on my Master's in Mental Health Counseling.

About Me

I am a single mother with three grown children. I am currently working on my Master's in Mental Health Counseling. I have two beautiful grandchildren, and another on the way. I love to stay active and go out with friends. I am blessed with a warm positive out look on life and a sincere interest in the welfare of others. I find personal satisfaction in seeking out challenges that encourage my continual growth.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe in God the Eternal Father and in His son Jesus Christ and in the Holy Ghost. As a child growing up I never believed that a child was born into sin and needed to be baptized before eight years old. I learned that the LDS church believed that also, and many more wonderful gospel truths. I have a testimony that Jesus Christ is my Savior and that because of his sacrifice and Atonement I know I can give all of my problems to Him and that if I live according to His commandments I will be resurrected to live with Him again. I believe that through the Prophet Joseph Smith the gospel was once again restored to the earth, the same Gospel that Christ taught to the Apostles. My life has been blessed with joy and a sense of self worth knowing that I am a Child of God and I will never walk alone. I say this in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen

How I live my faith

I live a service oriented life filled with wonderful friends who share my beliefs and love me. I dress modestly and live by the words of wisdom. I hold a valid temple recommend and go as often as I can. Most of my family's work has been done in the Washington DC Temple. I go to church every Sunday and partake of the sacrament. I read, ponder, and pray about the scriptures daily.
