Hi I'm Angela

I’m a daughter, sister, wife, mom, aunt, niece, grand-daughter, friend, teacher, leader...and I’m Mormon.

About Me

I have been married to my best friend and eternal companion almost 16 years. Each day I continue to fall more in love and cherish the time we have together. He still makes my heart skip a beat and is the only one that can make me laugh when all I want to do is cry. My husband and I have four handsome sons and it SPORTS, SPORTS, SPORTS all the time. For a girl who hates being dirty, sweaty, outside and around loud noises, that’s pretty much the story of my life...AND I wouldn’t change a thing. I love my “LOUD BOYS” and all that comes with them!! My family is my world, they keep me going and keep me sane. My family defines me. They say they need me, but I need them. Really, we just need each other. We are a “Team”. Always there for one another, the way a team should be, picking up the slack when someone is having an “off day”. Cheering each other on. It’s a great team to be a part of. I’m a pretty lucky girl if you ask me.

Why I am a Mormon

I have a very simple testimony. Sometimes simple is okay. I have a great love of the gospel. I was taught at a young age that I was a daughter of a Heavenly Father and that He loves me. I have grown up knowing that and that knowledge has helped me through many trials in my life. I KNOW that my Heavenly Father loves me. I know that he sent His son, Jesus Christ, to die for me so that I could return to live with Him some day. What a gift. What a sacrifice. What unconditional love. Knowing that I would not be perfect, He still died for me. Knowing that I would make the same mistake more than once, but knowing that I would repent and do my best to come unto Him, He loves me that much. I feel His love. I feel His love when I look at my parents, my Husband, my children. I feel His love when read of His teachings. I feel His love when I listen to his Prophets speak and testify of His truths. I know He lives. I am grateful for teachers I have had along the way to have helped me with my testimony. To my parents who are constant examples to me and my family. And grateful to a living prophet who gives me guidance and direction to lead me back home.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be like Jesus in all that I do and say. I try to choose the right and always look for opportunities to serve others. As I drop my boys off each day I leave them with this, “Remember who you are and what you stand for”. That is something I was told as I youth and something I try and strive to live by still today.
