Hi I'm Staci !!

I'm 19 and love singing and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

HI!! I'm staci, 19 years old and I work with children. I was a waitress for 3 years before quiting and changing to childcare. I love music and singing, I'm a HUGE country fan. I love to bake and cook. I would love to travel the world someday.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm Mormon because I KNOW it's the truth. I never really believed in a God or went church while growing up. My best friend introduced me to the church and for years I thought It was just a church like any other. It wasn't until I was 18 that I started wanting to know more about what mormons believed and I acutally sat down with the missionaries and asked question after question until everything I wanted to know...was answerd and I had 2 pages of question written down so it took us a few times of meeting up. I feel like getting baptized was the best thing I could have ever done in my life. The things I had a hard time understanding were that there is a prophet on the earth today and the whole idea of a Book Of Mormon. The missionaries told me to just read the book and pray about the prophet. so after a few nights of prayer I couldn't deny it. I wasn't batteling with myself anymore I just knew this was right and I needed to be part of it. My life has been blessed in so many ways since my convertion and I wouldn't change it for the world. =

How I live my faith

I help set up activities for Young Single Adults and I really enjoy it. I've been trying to visit the Temple once a month it's a great spiritual place to be.

What is being a Mormon like?

Staci !!
It's great! so many people get mormons mixed up with other religions. Being in the Mormon church is like having a HUGE family. We are all together alot by choice and everyone is very approchable. Not very often would see clicks or people off in their groups, everyone talks with everyone else. WE don't wear long skirts and long sleeve shirts everyday all the time, we like to dress "modest" so you won't see mini skirts and tank tops. Jeans and t'shirts for most, then on Sundays It's dress nice. Being a member of the church is a way of life not just something you do on thee occasional Sunday. We don't drink and or do any drugs, we don't use foul language or drink coffee. You're just with a group of people who all share the same morlas and values in life... Show more Show less
