Hi I'm Kristen

I'm a Mormon who loves life, family, and anything yellow!

About Me

I'm the type of person who dreams big! I like to try new things, once I can talk myself into it. Usually it doesn't take me very long to convince myself it's worth it! I have a passion for reading. It lets me experience and learn so much about things I might never get the chance to do. I love to learn and I love to teach. I graduated with a teaching degree, but plan to be a stay at home mom. For now, I am excited to pursue my newest adventure of marriage. It brings so much joy into my life to be with my husband and to know that it will last for eternity! I love life, and I make sure to smile and laugh everyday!!!

Why I am a Mormon

Because I know it is true!!! I have recieved my own testimony this church is true. Living the principles it teaches make me happy! The things taught in the Book of Mormon help me to find joy in my life. I know that my prayers are answered. I know that Heavenly Father loves me and wants me to be with Him again. This is what I want to be able to achieve!

How I live my faith

I spend everyday just doing my best to be a good person. I try to be kind to everyone I meet. I work hard to follow the example set by Christ, to serve others. I make my beliefs part of who I am. Living the truths of the gospel is a lifestyle for me. I do what I can, everyday, to stay close to my Heavenly Father.

How can we come to know our Father in Heaven?

We can study the scriptures. The Bible and the Book of Mormon both teach about our Heavenly Father. We can learn what He is like and How much He truly loves us. We can also pray to our Heavely Father. The best way to get to know someone is to communicate with them. Our Heavely Father wants to hear from us. He wants us to tell Him how things are going in our lives. When we pray, He does listen, and He will answer us. As we pray and recieve answers, we can learn about our Heavenly Father and His love for each of us. Show more Show less
