Hi I'm Fay Freimuth

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in the western United States, and now live in the midwest.

About Me

I am a mother of four girls. I am also an author. My first published book is titled A Multitude of Mercies. I majored in art in college and love to do anything creative. Whether it is painting my house or my toenails, I have to do it with flair. I love decorating my home and spend a lot of time in second hand stores finding things that I can paint or rework to make new. It is much more challenging than just buying things new. Plus, I then have a story to tell about each piece in my house. I am currently the Relief Society president of my branch and am still trying to figure out how to be the best one I can be.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the church and taught the gospel all my life. I love the church and know it is true. So many times in my life I have needed guidance and I know my prayers have been answered. It is hard to imagine a life where I didn't know where I came from, why I am here, and where I am going. This knowledge has helped me make important decisions in my life. It also gives me the confidence and comfort I need. I know I have a Heavenly Father who loves me. I know I have a Savior who died for me, so that I can return to be with them someday.

How I live my faith

I attend church every Sunday. It uplifts me and inspires me to be better. I try to be a good, honest person. I help others when I can and try to set a good example for my children, and my community. I spend a lot of time teaching and planning activities for the women of our church, acting as president of our local Relief Society, a women's organization within the church.
