Hi I'm Sarah

I'm a wife, a mother and an artist. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I received my bachelor's of art degree with an emphasis in drawing and painting. I love to create! I am passionate about interior design, and most anything design related. I'm also a full time mother, which has been very fulfilling for me. My husband and I have three young children, each different and delightful. It's not always easy, but I love how motherhood stretches me each and every day, helping me to become the person I'd like to be. My children are my greatest creations.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents, their parents, and their parent's parents were all raised as members of the Mormon faith. I have a great heritage! I grew up as a Mormon, and came to know at an early age for myself that this church is true. I have read the Book of Mormon countless times, each time asking my Father in Heaven if this book is true. And each time, I have received a sure witness that it is. I also know without a doubt that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God, that he did in fact see God the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ. I know that through a living prophet today, revelation continues to guide us and bless us! I am blessed when I follow the teachings of the prophet.

How I live my faith

I love being able to serve in the church. RIght now, I am serving as a leader in the Nursery, which is all the children ages 18 months-3 years. These little kids are fun and full of life. They are honest and perceptive. It has helped me become further grounded in my own faith as I've prepared lessons and taught at a level they can understand. I also serve in the church by visiting a few women from our congregation each month at their homes. We talk about anything and everything. I offer assistance to them, whenever they might need me. Whether it's watching their kids, helping them move, or just listening, this has been such a rewarding experience. These women have become some of my closest friends, and have strengthened me in so many ways. I also live my faith each day by reading scriptures with my family and saying prayers together. Even though our children are still very young, I know even our smallest efforts have blessed us as a family.
