Hi I'm Kyle

and I'm a skateboarder, a snowboarder, a mountain biker, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Right now I'm attending college. My major is Exercise Science. I'm also working towards getting into Physical Therapy School. I started a club on campus called, "Aggies Against the Grain." It is a Celiac Disease Awareness and Support Club. It has been a great experience and has been a help to many people. I like to be outside riding motorcycles, playing tennis or baseball, skateboarding, mountain biking, snowboarding, running or hiking. I like hanging out with my friends, watching movies, and when I go home, I love to spend time with my family. I got married to my wife in May of 2013 and life has never been better! I love life and everything it stands for!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the feelings of closeness to God that I experience, and the happiness, sense of peace, purpose and direction that I have in my life. For years I've studied the doctrine of the church, lived the principles and followed the values and standards. I've pondered and prayed about it. And because it makes sense, feels right, and has brought me all the good things in my life, I know it's true.

How I live my faith

Sunday is probably my favorite day of the week. I look forward to going to church and feeling the Spirit of peace, joy and love that is there as I learn about Jesus Christ and how I can become more like Him. I am an avid home teacher and have made some really great friends through it. Home teaching is when you're assigned to visit certain members of the congregation at least once a month to make sure they're doing okay spiritually and in life in general. It is truly an inspired program!

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

Kyle
Think of it this way. If you were never given an option, you’d never have a choice. We share the gospel because we believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to hear what we teach. If we didn't give anyone the option to learn, then they’d never be truly free. Missionaries give people a greater possibility to have a more educated choice in regards to the gospel.
