Hi I'm Stacy

I'm a mother of 4 girls. I am a Healthy Living & Weight Loss Coordinator & live in the Midwest. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother to four girls and have been married 20 years. I enjoy teaching fitness and healthy living classes in my community.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised by wonderful parents who taught me the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I took full advantage of the church sponsored youth programs available and attending Sunday services with my family each week. I gained a testimony of my own through personal scripture study and striving to live the Gospel principles. Now that I am raising a family of my own I cannot imagine doing it without the principles and teachings of the Church.

How I live my faith

I am grateful for the growth opportunities the church provides. I enjoy teaching and training the men and women who teach the children of the Church, ages 3-11. I have many fond memories as a child attending church each Sunday, learning to choose the right and love the Savior, Jesus Christ. I hope to help instill this same fondness in those I have stewardship over. It is a blessing in my life.

Why is it important for us to take care of our bodies? Why are our bodies called temples of God in the Bible?

Our bodies are a gift from our Heavenly Father. I tell my girls each day as I head to the gym that I am working out so I can be a better wife, mother and serve my Heavenly Father with all my might, mind and strength... literally! When I feel good about me, I feel good about those around me. I know God expects this of me. My body is a temple and should be treated as such, eating whole foods and exercising helps provide a healthy and solid foundation both spiritually and physically!  Show more Show less
