Hi I'm Lisa

I am a stay at home mom who loves to design web pages. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have a wonderful husband and four great children. Just after I got married, I received my Associates Degree. I then became a stay at home mom and am still raising my children. I recently went back to school and received my Web Design Certificate. I now design web pages from home. I also love to read, fish, and camp.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into an active Mormon family. I was baptized at age 8. As a youth, I studied the gospel to gain my own testimony. Today, I desire to remain an active member of the church and to teach the same principles of the gospel to my children that my parents taught me. I love the gospel and my Savior Jesus Christ. He has blessed my family with happiness and love. I will never depart from the church or its teachings.

How I live my faith

I work with the ladies in the church. Every Sunday, we have a lesson taught to the ladies, and I help coordinate those lessons. I also help arrange the music, although I don't have a large musical background. I am learning as I go! I love to visit ladies in the church and I have friends that I visit at least once a month to check up on them and their families. I love to serve those around me and help those in need.

Are Mormons Christians?

Lisa
Yes! Our whole religion is about our Savior, Jesus Christ. Show more Show less

What is the Relief Society?

Lisa
I love the Relief Society! It is an organization of women who help each other and give support to each other. All female members of the church 18 and older are members of the Relief Society. We call each other "sisters" because we are sisters in the faith and daughters of our Heavenly Father. Show more Show less

What is being a Mormon like?

Lisa
We move a lot, so being a member of the church always gives me a "family" to be a part of. I love the friendships I can form. I can always find someone to help me through any problem because someone else has been through it. Show more Show less
