Hi I'm Jason

I'm from Colorado, I love to travel, go on adventures, have lots of fun, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Southern California and moved to Colorado about 15 years ago. I have traveled all over the word, to several continents, many countries, and numerous lands. I have seen some of the most beautiful things God has created, and have seen his many blessings constantly in my life. I snowboard, surf, and do most sports behind a boat, in the water, or on a mountain. I love the water, love the outdoors, and love life. My Family is a fair size, 3 boys and 1 girl, I am the youngest. We have a lot of fun and always remember to laugh and play, that sometimes is the only way! I am in College pursuing Veterinary Medicine, and work in the field currently as well. I have been so very blessed to have married my wife, my best friend and the woman of my dreams. She and I have known each other for a very long time and there is only one thing that makes either of us happier than to have the other, and that is the Gospel of Jesus Christ, which we share in our lives together. I served a mission in Brazil and Northern California speaking Portuguese, English, and Hmong and I loved every moment of it. If there is anything I love more than life and who I want to share it with, it is my Savior and all that he has done for me.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because in all my travels, in all my seeking, in all my effort to find something out there in the world... I have found that the answer sometimes is right in front of you. I have found and discovered the Gospel of Jesus Christ to be true and such truth requires no further travel or trip than a journey through one's own heart and desire to seek that truth. The blessings that the true and restored gospel bring to me are the sweetest in nature a forgiveness of sins, the knowledge that God hears and answers our prayers, the ability to be with the one you love for ever and ever - that is what true love is, and the fact that our Savior Jesus Christ loves us all and will always be our redeemer. Why am I a Mormon? Because a person will search the world and the universe and not find blessings rich as these, believe me, I have done it.

How I live my faith

Living the Gospel and keeping the commandments is such a reward but it can also be a little hard sometimes. I constantly am reminded by the Savior Jesus Christ and all he did for each and every one of us... I am motivated by this love and by the love I have of those so close and special to me. My life, the people in it, and the things I do are all a part of what makes me so happy, and all come from correct choices and constant prayer to better live and choose each day. I love to serve those around me in church and neighbors and friends alike. The gospel has taught me to love unconditionally, someone taught such love to me years ago and it has been my quest to show that to others as well ever since. I live my faith by having faith, faith that the Lord does love and bless all of his children and desires for us all to be happy and full of his grace and love. I do all I can to share the message of the gospel and the principles of salvation to all that will listen so that others can feel of the love and happiness that I am so blessed to feel and have in my life.

Can husband and wife be together forever? Do you believe that families will live together in heaven?

Jason
A love does exist where a Husband and a Wife can love each other so much, so deeply, that they can be together forever. In Heavenly Father's sacred Temples, Husband and Wife can be Married or Sealed to be together for all of time and the rest of eternity, for forever. True love desires to continue on and never be apart, God has provided a way where those who have this love and this desire may be together forever and never have to part from each other. A husband will always be with his wife, and a wife always with her husband, and children always with their parents. Eternal families are a central focus and main element of the great plan of our Father in Heaven. We can always be with the ones we love... With a little patience, effort, and love, we don't ever have to be without those we care lots and lots and lots about.   Show more Show less
