Hi I'm Carl

I'm a Mormon. I am a convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints having joined wheh I was twenty eight.

About Me

My life pretty much revolves around my family. I met my future wife around the time I joined the Momon church and we now have five great children. I work full time to support all of us with my wife working half time. I enjoyed participating in most sports when I was younger but now am mostly a spectator and fan. I like to work out at the health club in the winter and golf when it is warmer.

Why I am a Mormon

I became converted because something was missing spiritually in my life. I was atracted to the family atmosphere in the ward I first visited. I also did the things the missionaries suggested ,praying & scripture reading, to gain a testimony of the truthfullness of the gospel message they shared. Also I want to live with my Heavenly parents again and hope to see many loved ones along with them that I have met in this life. To do that I know I needed to follow what I believe to be the most true church on Earth.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to attend to the needs of my family. By fulfiling the callings given to me in my ward. And trying to be an emisary for the Church to people I meet. I pray for my missionary son and seek opportunities to share my beliefs with people who are genuine.

What is the role of the husband and the wife in the family?

Carl
I believe that fathers in the LDS faith can be called on to perform most jobs that loving partner parents would perform if the wife was unable. Mostly I try to support my wife in her nurturing duties and attend to providing for her and the children. Show more Show less
