Hi I'm Bill

I grew up in Maryland, and have spent most my life on the east coast. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Husband of 32 years, father of eight. Life long member who lives in southern New Jersey. Have been involved in Boy Scouting for many years. Love to ride motorbikes and work on mechnical projects. Currently have two sons on full time missions. Had two others who served, as well. One working on a Phd in business, another a fly boy in the USAF. One son, deceased at 17. Three daughters, an RN, a HS student and one tethered to her parents with severe disabilities. All active in the church and three married in an LDS temple.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents were members, though less active for my youth. I was influenced by a great teacher when in my teens, and found faith in Christ. After that, I gained an understanding of the plan of salvation, as taught by the LDS church, and served a full time mission, married in an LDS temple, and have raised a lovely family. I am LDS, through and through. My lifelong faith and activity have been a great blessing in rearing a large family of followers of Christ. If not for the guidance I receive as a man and father from God through our church leaders and through answers to my personal prayers, my family would not have been enriched as much through the spirit of the Holy Ghost.

How I live my faith

I visit several families each month on behalf of our Bishop. I serve in our local scouting unit, attend the LDS temple regularly, and help in our local congregation in any utility positions. I read my scriptures regularly, and strive to be honest, fair, and kind to all I meet. I devote personal time to provide service to neighbors and friends with a smile in my heart and on my face.
