Hi I'm Keith

I'm a cheerleader. I love my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 20 years old and live in Utah. Currently I am serving a mission in the Rochester area for two years. At home I went to college for a year and I was a cheerleader there. I haven't cheered my whole life only for the past two years but I enjoy it a lot and find myself exceeding it better than I have done anything before. My whole life I worked in a lot of youth activites and things of that nature. In highschool I was the President of the Peer Leadership Training club where we went out and taught kids about not to use drugs and how to have a fun and successful time in school. I absolutely loved it. I love being able to do my own thing but I also do my best to stay in tune with the Spirit so that I can try to understand what the Lord would have me do.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up in the church my a whole life, but it was my decision to stay active and truly live the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I have a powerful testimony that God lives and His Son, Jesus Christ, has provided me and everyone else in the world a way to come back and live with Him eternally. I may not know everything but I do have a witness that things are true. I have decided to serve my Lord even further by chosing to go on a mission and do my best to bless the lives of others because I know that this restored Gospel will bless everyones lives.

How I live my faith

Right now at a younger age of 20 I have decided to put aside two years of my life and give them to the Lord so that I can hopefully do whatever He asks of me. I serve in the Rochester, New York area and I do my best to serve others around me. I have been involved in setting up LDS clubs on the different campuses and have found great joy in serving the college age people.

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

Keith
We do this because it is important to proclaim the restored gospel to everyone. We have experienced the change to our lives and have found so much happiness in it. Why wouldn't we want to share it with others!? Also the Lord has asked us to do it, He wants us to find His lost sheep where ever they maybe. We don't do this to shove religion down peoples throats but to tell them that God has reached out to His children yet again through modern day prophets.  Show more Show less
