Hi I'm Paige.

I'm a developer, a designer, an actress, a musician, and a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a twenty-something Mormon. I have worked in journalism, technical writing, marketing, web design, and now web development. I love learning about the latest gadgets and software; modern technology is incredible. My passion, though, lies in performing. I love theater and music and the power they have to share stories and touch lives. My opportunities to work and serve are absolutely incredible right now and I'm loving life. I see the Lord's hand in everything, and I'm so grateful for his guidance as I try to figure the next steps in my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church (aka my parents are both LDS) and have grown up going to primary, young women's, etc. For most of my childhood, I was mostly going through the motions. I was obedient to my parents and church was what we did. It wasn't until I was about 16 that I started seriously questioning whether or not I had a testimony of the gospel. I never had any sort of "a-ha!" conversion moment that answered those questions, though. Instead, it took the next few years of soul searching and learning from mistakes to really develop a testimony of my own. College was the ultimate solidifier of my beliefs: being on my own forced me to decide who I would rely on--myself or my God. With a shaky testimony and too many doubts, I decided to take a chance on the Lord and see if he would really listen to someone so insignificant as I felt. I was blessed with LDS friends who showed me how much happiness comes from living righteously. I began praying and reading my scriptures on a daily basis, and my testimony has since grown more than I could have imagined. There's a lot more to that story, but the point is that now I know without a doubt that the gospel is true, that Jesus is my Savior, and that Heavenly Father knows me and loves me infinitely and unconditionally.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in every moment. I think it's pretty impossible to forget about your faith as a Latter-day Saint; it's such an integral part of your identity and affects every choice you make. I live my faith by watching out for those around me, by sharing my testimony when the opportunity arrises, and by working to be a good example at all times.
