Hi I'm Anthony Ralph

I am a very hardworking and passionate individual. I'm chasing for greatness and YES! I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I'm a convert (baptized on June 4th, 2006) to the church and I'ts the best thing that has ever happened to me! It's changed my life! I love to be active and stay on the move. This usually includes anything that is outdoors or that includes sports. My favorites are wrestling and Cross Country, both of which I have participated in high school. This March I will be serving a 2 year mission for the church. I am assigned to labor in the Ghana Accra Mission, which is in West Africa. When I return home to Florida, I plan to get back into school to get my degree in Law and join the Air Force as my career. I am a very hard worker, I aspire to be the best and nothing less. Not necessarily the best in the room but the best person that I can become, anything less is unacceptable. I've noticed that I love networking and interacting with people. I love being an inspiration to others as I live my life according to the gospel. It gives me so much joy to know I've made a difference. I love helping others and going that extra mile to help those in need. The best kind of service I like to give is Anonymous service: no one knows it and no one necessarily ever will. And that's not the concern; the concern is blessing the lives of other people. Influence, not recognition, becomes the motive.

Why I am a Mormon

Like Joseph Smith I to wanted to know why there was so many different churches and which one was the true church. My prayers were answered when the lord sent two missionaries to my door. My life changed forever. I know this is the true church of Jesus Christ. Because I know that this Church is true and I know that the fulness of the gospel of Jesus Christ is here on earth and was restored through a prophet named Joseph Smith. I know the Book of Mormon is true, and it has made a world of difference in my life. This church brings me happiness because I know it's where I belong. This is something that has changed my life; I'm the person I am today because I have this in my life. I know who I am, because of For the Strength of Youth standards and the teachings of the gospel I live by I've grown a backbone to defend myself from Satan. I no longer follow the crowd, I'm no longer easily tempted or peer pressured. I live above the influence. I am a leader and people respect and look up to me for that. This is how character is built. I am so grateful for this church and this gospel and the people in it. The gospel of Jesus Christ has blessed my life tremendously. Forever grateful! I am grateful also for the opportunity to be able to serve a full-time mission and be able to bless the lives of others. This is the best feeling ever!

How I live my faith

As best as i can... I live my faith by being the best person I can be. I continually strive to share the things I've mastered, and perfect the things I have not. I know my standards, and I don't lower them for anyone. I dress modestly, refrain from swearing, and do not drink alcohol, no matter what. And I do this, not because it's a rule, but because I don't want to. I magnify the callings that God wants me to do and I'm doing my best to be a good example to others. Every day I strive to live a faithful and worthy life. I try to be an example to those around me because it is so important to me that I stay true to my faith so that I can be strong not only for myself, but for those around me. Even though it's hard some times, I know that it is so worth it and it's exactly what I want in life. I cannot and will never settle for anything less. Most importantly, I work hard to let the light of Christ shine through me.
