Hi I'm Ginger

I am a Mother. I am a wife. I am a runner. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the mother of 1 daughter and 1 son, and the wife to the best husband ever. Family is everything to me and I love being involved in the many activities we participate in. I have always looked forward to the day of being a wife and mother, and I can honestly say, after 12 yeares of marriage it continues to get better. I enjoy exercising and running and the refreshing energy it gives me towards life. Most of all, I find joy in the success and happiness of my children and my husband. Life is good.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised by my parents in the Mormon faith. They taught me to try to follow our Savior and His teachings and example. By having this guidance in my life, I have felt his unconditional love and know that because of this belief, He has been the source of happiness in my life. I am so thankful for this knowledge and the ability it has to help me through challenges and struggles. I know my Savior knows me individually. He knows my weaknesses and he knows my strengths. As we strive to live like him, he will help guide us through this life.

How I live my faith

I am not perfect. I make mistakes, but I keep trying to be more like my Savior. Some days may be better than others. But if I can be better today than I was yesterday, and better tomorrow than I am today, than hopefully each day I am becoming closer to becoming like my Savior...which is my ultimate goal. By taking each day, one day at a time, striving to be better the next, I believe that eventually the areas we are trying to perfect will become a part of us and make us who we were meant to be.

Mormons believe Jesus Christ is their Savior. Why do we need a Savior?

In order for us to be in the presence of our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ we need to be perfect. Matthew 548. While on earth, we make mistakes daily, therefore, making us unworthy to be in their presence. The Savior died for the world, taking upon him the sins of all. Through this act, or the atonement, we may repent and be forgiven for our sins so we can be cleansed and worthy to live in the presence of our Father in Heaven one day. No unclean thing can be in our Heavenly Fathers presence. Without the Savior, we would never qualify for this blessings.  Show more Show less
