Hi I'm Mitch

I'm a musician, songwriter, and an aspiring music producer. I love my family. I'm from Utah, and... I'm a Mormon!!

About Me

I love to sing, play piano, and play guitar! I also love to write, record, and mix music! I want to be a professional music producer, so I'm planning on going to Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, to get a Sound Recording Technology degree. I love to hang out and play games with my best friends! I'm currently serving a church mission in Georgia!

Why I am a Mormon

I love the gospel of Jesus Christ with all my heart. It is the only way to find true joy and happiness in this life, and for eternity. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has the fulness of the gospel through doctrine in the Bible, the Book of Mormon, and modern day revelation from prophets called of God. Also, I love my family and want to be with them forever. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints strongly supports the fact that we can live with our families fo eternity if we do all we can to follow Christ, including being baptized by someone holding the proper authority of God.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a full-time mission for the Church in the Georgia Atlanta North Mission! I am paying my own way to live here in Georgia so that I can share the gospel with all of God's children. I feel so blessed to have the gospel of Jesus Christ in my life, and I want to share it with others so that they can enjoy the same blessings I enjoy every day!

To what do you attribute the growth of the Church?

Mitch
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is TRUE. It's literally the ONLY church on earth that has the FULNESS of the gospel of Jesus Christ, and is led by a living prophet called of God... so why wouldn't it flourish?! Besides... living the Mormon lifestyle brings the most joy you could ever ask for!   Show more Show less

What is being a Mormon like?

Mitch
Well... its amazing, inspiring, incredible, exciting... all of the above! And the members are so loving and caring! I feel so important whenever I attend Church because the other members make me feel like I'm important to them - they help me feel like I belong. I have developed so many close friendships within the Church. Over the years, I've had many Mormon teachers and leaders who have helped me stay close to God. I'm grateful for the love they have extended and still do extend to me. The cool thing is... no matter where in the world you attend the Mormon Church, the members are the same! Come see for yourself!   Show more Show less

What do Mormons believe about family?

Mitch
Like I said before, the gospel of Jesus Christ teaches that families can be together forever. The family is ordained of God, and is the basic and most important unit of the Church. A family is key to finding happiness in this life and for eternity. Yes, a lot of people come from broken families who have gone through a lot of hardships... but that is why the gospel is so crucial! The gospel heals and strengthens family relationships. Living the gospel standards brings love, peace, and unity into the home. I love my family, and I'm so glad that I have the opportunity and blessing of being with them forever! Show more Show less

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Mitch
Ask God. I can promise with all the conviction of my soul that if any man or woman studies the Book of Mormon, ponders its words, then prays to God with real intent, sincerely wanting to know if The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is God's kingdom on the earth, He will tell you the truth in your mind and in your heart, and you will know for yourself that the Mormon church is true.
