Hi I'm Jess

I'm a wife. One of my greatest desires is to be a mother. I love to sew and to be creative. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest of seven children. Born and raised in Utah. I currently live in Ohio with my husband of four years. My husband is attending medical school, while I try to stay busy with everyday life. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development. Families are one of my passions. Another passion is creating. I love to sew and to craft. Making something out of nothing makes me happy!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a member of the Church and for as long as I can remember I never doubted what my family and church leaders taught. But my true conversion came as a young teenager, suffering from complications of back surgeries. It was a very hard time in my life and my faith in Christ is what helped me pull through. I had witness after witness during this time that Christ really is my Savior and that I have a Father in Heaven who loves and cares for me. This knowledge has been invaluable in my life and has helped shaped me into the person I am today.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending my church meetings regularly, helping coordinate meals for the full-time missionaries, and by trying to be a good example to those around me. I also try to strengthen families and to be a friend to those in need.
