Hi I'm Peyton.

I speak french. I play guitar. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I'm 21 years old, from Patterson California. My life is music. I've played saxophone my whole life as well as guitar, clarinet, trombone, piano, and percussion. I love running and swimming, but not competitively anymore. I've lifeguarded for 4 years, and that led me to decide that I'll be going to school to be a paramedic next year. I served a mission for the church in the Canada Montreal Mission, where I learned to speak french and spanish.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church and always had an understanding of the importance of the church in my life, but it really took off when i gained a testimony of the Book of Mormon for myself and served a mission for the church. By serving the Lord, everything I had learned throughout my life was solidified. I know it's true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing my best to live the commandments every day and trying as much as possible to live up to the Savior's example.

Why is authority to perform a baptism important?

Peyton.
If the proper authority isn't used, the baptism doesn't count under heaven. It's like an ice cream man pulling you over for speeding to give you a ticket. I wouldn't pay the ticket, because he's an ice cream man and has no right to do so. It's the same idea with baptism. If someone is baptizing people using the incorrect authority, God, in the end, will refuse that baptism because it was not done the proper way. Show more Show less
