Hi I'm Aaron Williamson

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a new dad. My wife and I have been married for over 4 years. I am currently studying Mechanical Engineering. I've spent most of my life trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up. The only thing I've been certain of is my faith. Right now I spend most of my time doing homework. Some of it is spent training. I am on the men's rowing team at my school, and I ride each year for the Tour de Cure a fundraising event for the American Diabetes Association. I love technological gadgets, and machines. I ride motorcycles, work on cars, and occasionally cook dinner.

Why I am a Mormon

The reason I am a Mormon is because I have looked into everything else and this makes sense. My parents joined the church in their early 20's, and have been off-and-on members since. I was baptized at the age of 8, and was also an off-and-on member that is until I was 20 years old, out of high school, working at a movie theater with no goals in life. I decided then I needed to make a change, so I began reading the Book of Mormon on my own. Since then, I have come to know for myself that the Gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored, in it's fullness. No other church can offer what this church does. No other church claims the authority we do. With that being said, no other church has the kinds of fruit this church does, for "..by their fruits shall ye know them.." I know my Savior lives, and guides this church through Prophets that live on the earth today. President Thomas S. Monson is that Prophet.

How I live my faith

Since joining the church, I've served a mission, married in the Temple, held many callings in the church, and now serve as an Assistant Ward Mission Leader. This church brings the best out of me.
