Hi I'm Lindsey

I have 2 kids, I teach preschool, I run, fish, and swim.I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am a college graduate. I have my teaching certificate. my husband is a police officer and I stay home with my two children. I teach a home based preschool. I love to run and I love to go fishing with my husband. I also love swimming and boating. My husband and picked up everything we had ever known and moved across the country for his Job and we will never go back. WE LOVE TEXAS (The fishing is much better here) and the amazing people we have made into our Texas family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and my parents did all they could to help me accept the gospel. I was baptized and confirmed a member of the church when I was eight years old. I participated in youth programs and went off to college and went to institute. I met a wonderful man who loved despite my shortcomings and we were married in the St George, UT Temple. I have believed that the church was true since I was first aware of it. I have had that re-affirmed to me every time that I have faltered. I have been taught well but sometimes I am confused by all of the negativity that can be thrown at the church. I have learned to focus on those things that I know for sure and keep the faith despite what others may say. I Know I have felt the saviors love for me. I know that the prophets and apostles are men of God. I know the Book Of Mormon is true and I can't deny that.

How I live my faith

Right now I get to help my faith grow by teaching the 5-year-old's. It has been such a great experience to be able to share my testimony with them. I also love having the basic principals of the gospel re-taught to me. the lessons help me focus on what is really important. that is the atoning sacrifice of our savior Jesus Christ who has given a chance to get back to our loving Heavenly father.
