Hi I'm Joseph

I'm a dental student, a husband and father of 4, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a 30 year old father of 4. I am finishing up dental school in May and will graduate with a DDS and begin practicing dentistry. I love spending time with my wife and family. They encourage me and help me desire to do my best in everything I do. I love playing sports and I love doing dentistry and any activity that challenges me. My favorite part of dentistry is being able to establish relationships with patients. I come from a big family and I love having a good relationship with my family and being close to them.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe that my Heavenly Father is real and that He loves me and wants me to be happy. I was born into a Mormon family, but I chose to be baptized into the Church and I studied and prayed to know if the messages of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints are true. I have received peace in my heart and a calm reassurance that I have a Heavenly Father that has a plan for me and a Savior that knows me. I choose to be a Mormon because of many small and simple experiences that help me better understand how I can have joy in this life. I can have joy by living the gospel of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by understanding it. I know that Heavenly Father has a plan for me and I want to know Him and follow His plan. It has been a challenge working to balance my life. I have to balance the demands of dental school, my wife and family life, and church service. I am currently serving in the Bishopric in my ward and there are many time demands. I know that I am expected to have balance, and I am able to live my faith and find that balance by prayerfully seeking the Lord's help and doing the best I can. I realize I will falll short from time to time, but I know that I can do all I can and I will be blessed.
