Hi I'm Kyle

I love drawing and painting, I enjoy mathematics and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have two older brothers and one older sister and of course my parents. My family and I have an angel in our family, my sister April. She is autistic, which sometimes has been tough but she has been a blessing in our lives and I love her to death.

Why I am a Mormon

Well I was actually born into this church, my parents are LDS or mormon , my grandparents are LDS and so on and so forth. While I've met some people that think I am LDS simply because that's how I was raised, I can tell you that that's not the case. When I was younger my parents made me go to church but as I got to about the age of 11 or 12 my parents stopped going to chuch. They are still members but they are not very active. It was at that point that I had to decide for myself what I believed. So, I started reading the Book of Mormon on my own, and I prayed and asked God if it is true and if the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints really is true. And I got my answer. Over the last few years I have had many experiences that have strenghtened my testimony, and I know that this church is the only true church on the earth today and that the fulness of the gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored upon the earth.

How I live my faith

Currently I am serving a mission so everyday I go out and share with people the things that I have learned. I live my faith by just that, doing what Christ has asked us to do and in turn what I invite others to do. I try to be the best best example that I can and to help others however I can.

How can I find someone to talk with, in person, about the Mormon religion?

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is pretty much all over the world, there are several ways you could talk to a member about it. You can use this website, go to the title page, click on missionary request and fill out the information. Also if you've ever seen missionaries walking or riding their bikes just go up and talk to them, they would love to answer any questions you have. You can search on this website to find the LDS church nearest to you. Lastly I'd be willing to bet that you probably already know a few members, feel free to ask them questions as well, if they can't answer them they will either find out or lead you to someone who can. What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Missionaries will share with you and your family a message about Jesus Christ. They will teach how we can develope a more personal relationship with jesus Christ as well as with our Heavenly Father. Most of all they will invite you to exercise your faith in jesus Christ and in the healing power of His atonement. Show more Show less

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

No, it is not a requirement we go on missions. If we go on a mission it is because we choose to do so. You might ask why someone would go on a mission, I am because I know how much the Gospel of Jesus Christ blesses families. I know that it is the only way to be truly happy and I want to share that with other people. Show more Show less
