Hi I'm Benji

I'm a Mormon. Raised mostly in California, lived in Florida, Utah & Idaho.

About Me

I come from a big family with 8 kids. I am a Dad of 2 girls and a Blood Hound Dog. I am a music producer for the children's TV show Yo Gabba Gabba! seen on Nick Jr. daily. I studied business and philosophy in college and started my own business right out of college. I enjoy the outdoors and adventure with the family.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because it is my heritage, my life and my future. Everything that is good in me has come from my family and ancestors who have sacrificed and taught me what life is all about. The gospel of Jesus Christ is the most valuable thing in my life. Having studied Philosophy, I had the chance to really question my beliefs as a Mormon and the existence of God and His gospel. I am here to say that I know that God lives, that His son Jesus Christ is my savior and that He has given me all that I have, including my life, my family and all that I have. I know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet and that he restored God's gospel and church again on the earth. If there are any out there that doubt the existence of God and His gospel, I'm here to testify that He lives and that by living these principles you will find meaning and joy in life.

How I live my faith

I have the opportunity to serve in the church as a member missionary leader for the full-time missionaries in our area. It is very rewarding for me to help see the Lord's amazing work go forth and bless lives, including mine. Missionary work is something we all do every day though the life and example we lead, along with the way we are always reaching out to help our fellow men. Being involved with those who are not of our faith is a very rewarding work, I enjoy meeting people of all faiths and religions.

What are some things that tell you there is a God?

Things that tell me there is a God are the same things that tell me I exist, they are the things that let me know that there is good and evil, that the love I feel I feel for my family and loved ones is real and tangible. When you not only look at the world around us and the order and miracle of the universe, of life and the spirit of mankind--there is no doubt that He exists. As you look more deeply into metaphysical science, the more strongly you can see that there is way more going on outside of our limited finite human mind and experience. Show more Show less
