Hi I'm Marion

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a mom with 5 kids ages 20 to 10. I work full time at a high school library, while my husband works out of town. I love to read, crochet, and spend time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

From an early age I was told that I was a daughter of God, a princess with royal heritage. I did not always believe these things and struggled to find my place in the world. Watching my children grow up and being part of the process as they search to find themselves has helped me to realize my individual importance to God. Today I know that I am a daughter of God, a princess with royal heritage. I cannot imagine my life without this knowledge, or with out the true gospel of Jesus Christ, which was completly responsible for my testimony. I try every day to be worthy of my heritage.

How I live my faith

We go to church weekly as a family. I get to sub for sunday school classes all the time. I love to teach the gospel. I am a Webelos leader for my sons cub scout pack. Every year our church organizes a girls camp for girls 12-18 and I have been able to participate and help plan this for the past 7 years. I love to see young faces light up with the knowledge that they are so loved both by others and their Father in Heaven. I know that if I don't live my faith valiantly, I will be unable to teach the youth and my own children what I know. They are so observant and can spot a fake testimony so easily.
