Hi I'm Alexandra

I love musicals. I study bones. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a graduate student in Forensic Anthropology. I hope to one day work as a full-time forensic anthropologist and university professor. I also love music and performing in choirs and musicals.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents joined the church when I was five years old, and I was baptized when I was eight. I'm currently the only active member in my family, so I've had to grow to love the Gospel and build my own testimony through prayer, study, church worship, and associations with good friends also of my faith.

How I live my faith

I serve as our congregation's choir director, and I enjoy sharing my talents and helping others to share and develop their own. I also participate in our congregation's women's auxiliary (the Relief Society) by visiting and serving other sisters each month.

What is the Mormon lifestyle like? How do Mormons live?

In general, the "Mormon lifestyle" is pretty average! Our day-to-day activities are basically the same as everyone else's, but we try to keep our minds centered on the Lord throughout all of our activities. Personal and family prayer and daily scripture study are very important to our growth in the Gospel. We also strongly believe in showing charity and love towards our neighbors, acting as Christ would. We also strive to be morally clean and worthy to serve as exemplars of the Lord and His church.
