Hi I'm Charlotte

I am a homemaking wife and mommy. I love to coupon and take pictures of my kids. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am so lucky to be a stay at home mommy right now. My family makes me so happy! Before my children were born I was a preschool teacher. My husband and I were married in 2006 in the Bountiful Utah temple. I enjoy spending time outside with my family. I also love going on dates with my sweetie, and spending time with my parents and brothers who live in the same city as us. I love taking care of my family and my home, and enjoy deal-seeking and couponing along the way to help our dollars stretch further! Someday I want to write a children's book with my husband and start a blogging business or an infant photography studio.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know for myself that our church has the fullness of Jesus Christ's gospel. I have read the Book of Mormon and prayed to know if it is true. Anyone can receive that confirmation for themselves, and the feelings in my heart are something that I could never deny or ignore. Living the principles of the gospel brings me so much joy and happiness. I am over-joyed and amazed that I can truly have my family forever because of the gospel. My husband and I were sealed for time and all eternity on our wedding day, which binds us and all of our children beyond death. I want to follow in my Savior's footsteps and I know that belonging to His church is a crucial part of this.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by supporting my local congregation(ward) and by teaching my family about the gospel. I also continue to study the scriptures and learn more about my Savior. This brings great comfort and inspiration for different events and challenges in my life. I use pictures to teach my children about stories from the scriptures so they can apply them to the challenges they encounter in their lives, and so they will know their Savior. My husband and I also teach our children to pray. Everyday we pray together as a family and help our children to say their own personal prayer. I love to play the piano with my children and sing songs that the children learn at church. These songs are easy for them to learn and help reinforce and teach principles that they learn about the gospel.
