Hi I'm Ken Feitz

I'm a single dad, marketing professional and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a single dad of 4. I play the piano, organ and sing in the community choir. I am a graphic designer, web site developer, communications professional and writer. I love the mountains, hiking and photographing the beauties of the earth.

Why I am a Mormon

For me, being Mormon is a lifestyle. It influences everything I do. It influences how I see the world. It is something that rests deep within my heart. I enjoy having something to structure my life around and to draw upon when life throws challenges at me and I have had challenges. I can take the principles and teachings from the Church and apply them to my life to become a better person. I choose to be a Mormon because it works for me. I'm not a Mormon because I was raised in Utah in a Mormon family. I am Mormon because it makes me live the best life possible, gives me confidence in who I am and helps me understand why I am here and where I am going. I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior. He died for my sins and suffered for all of my inadequacies. I believe there is a living Prophet today who receives revelation from God. I believe that each and every person is child of God and has a divine worth. I believe that we are eternal beings and that the intelligence we gain in this life will be with us after we die. Everything we do in this life has an affect for eternity. Being a Mormon is the best thing for me.

How I live my faith

I believe music in Church services helps bring a powerful Spirit. The words that are placed to beautiful music provide me a peace and comfort. While I am not professionally trained, being able to play the piano and sing brings a peace to me and to others.
