Hi I'm Rebecca

I love volleyball! I love the sunshine! I love people! I want to be a Physician Assistant! And….I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I come from a family of seven; I am the middle child. I grew up in a small town in Northern California. I have always been one of the tallest in the bunch; and I love it! Being tall definitely has its perks like concerts and crowds; you can always be seen! I have played competitive volleyball since I was 11 years old. I served a mission in the New England area. I went to BYU-Idaho and graduated with a Bachelor Science in Exercise Science. I want to be a Physician Assistant and I am currently in the process of applying. For now I am working and trying to figure out life, but mostly I am enjoying the ride!

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because the gospel of Jesus Christ has brought much happiness to my life and to my family. It has defined who I am and helps me to continuously strive to be better. Being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has given me purpose in life. Life is hard at any age but especially for those establishing a career and figuring out their path. Knowing that I am a child of God and that He loves me has given me the daily strength to overcome trials and discouraging thoughts. I know I can be happy when I obey God's commands.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through my actions. I strongly believe actions speak louder than anything else we could say. I enjoy serving those around me by volunteering in my community. I also live my faith by being different and standing out in a world that is so easy to blend in with. It is important to me that I voice my beliefs so those around me know what I believe.
